Abisoye Bankole

Abisoye Bankole

Abisoye is a lawyer and certified arbitrator with strong research and analytical skills. Having extensive experience representing clients, he brings a strong understanding of the legal landscape as well as an extensive public speaking background to the table.

Damola Adesua

Damola is a skilled lawyer with a robust foundation in legal research, analysis, and writing. As a talented media creative, Damola enhances our vision through compelling and impactful visual storytelling.

Chidera Okoro

Chidera is a law student at the University of Lagos. She is the President of the ADR Society and coordinates teams for Moot competitions.

“There are already many socio-economic reasons why Nigerians find it difficult to excel in international spaces and advocacy is one of the ways in which this difficulty can be resolved”

Something fun about Chidera:

“I challenge myself with reading above a hundred fictional books each year”

Eniola Adeyemi

Eniola holds a degree in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan. She currently works as a Digital Strategist. Her strong exposure to marketing makes her an asset in publicity and outreach.

Sarah Odekwo

Sarah Odekwo

Fejiro holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Afe Babalola University. A true technology enthusiast, she cares about creating impactful products that add real value. With her experience in IT project management, she brings both vision and execution to the table.

Shedrach graduated with Honours from the African Leadership University with a degree in International Business and Trade. Committed to system thinking and building high-impact organizations, Shedrach brings critical thinking and a strategic mind to the team.

Tega holds an Accounting degree from Covenant University and has been working for two years in the oil and gas industry. Having a knack for numbers and budgets, she is tasked with managing the organisation’s finances.

ARCHITECTURE STUDENT FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS

Chinechem is an Architecture student from the University of Lagos

I believe the greatest obstacle to the progress of any people is poor leadership at the individual level.

This NGO strives to bridge that gap by nurturing individuals who are excellent and effective leaders first of themselves and then of others.  It’s a real and meaningful step towards creating the better people that will create a better Nigeria.

Okechukwu Victor

Okechukwu Victor  graduated from Covenant University with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering. He is also a teacher and passionate about the development of kids in secondary schools.
